setup motorized dish

I got y tis unit a month or so ago and just got time to start installing it. I have the dish on a plumbed 2 inch pipe cemented into the ground. The southern horizion of clear of any obstructions, the dish is about 4 ft of the ground. I get no signal at all, the dish turns fine, I'm using a good qauality coax that's 50' long. oh occassionally you see it spike to 80% but just for seconds. I checked all the connections too and seem good, could the lnb for this unit be bad? getting frustrated, I setup my old Direct TV system myself without a hitch, but this is giving me a problem.

Please list all the equipment you are using. Also your location. 50 ft of coax is fine, be sure it is RG6. LNB unlikely bad or you would not see any 80% spike. Provide pictures if possible.
