sap37 installation problem

I can't get this dish to find the Directv satellite. It seems to me that the LNB doesn't mount correctly since it wobbles all over the place. According to Directv my asmuth is 138 degrees and a elevation of 46 degrees. The compass supplied gives me a pretty good idea of the asmuth but I have no idea on the elevation. Has anyone gotten one of these to work?

We currently have directv at home and are trying to get this to work for tailgating this fall...3 hours last nite and 2 today have proven fruitless. Any ideas besides look at the pictures? We've tried the receiver and cable with our current dish and all is well.
