2500 setup w/stab hh90

I have a 2500 that has been online for 2 years now. Decided to get a 80cm fortec w/stab hh90. Live in 24017 zip..Have spent last 2 days on set-up w/no luck....I have set mast up (which us plum) mounted HH Motor & dish, dish will move on command & have 70% level but no quality! I seem to have a problem with acquiring any quality (0.00). Not new to fta but am baffled w/the lack of results. I have read so much on lat-long, elevation & true south that is't all running together...I can't lock in on any sats or slip into the "clarke belt". Have a KUL1: Sadoun Standard Linear Single Ku 0.4 dB lnbf, in set-up would this be a standard on universal lnb do you set skew or leave it at 0 and would be the proper elevation with hh motor for my zip, I come up with 39, but some say that is wrong!!! I am doing something wrong or possibally have a bad lnb??? Any help will be greatly appreciated...

KUL1 is a STANDARD lnbf. So make sure you select standard, LO freq 10750, and 22KHz OFF

39 is good for the dish elevation motor elvation should be set at 37.3.
