How to connect 5 lnb's to 1 receiver?

I have a Wave Frontier T-55 dish with 5 LNB's that I would like to connect to a single receiver. All the diseqc's I've found will only support 4 LNB's. Are there any diseqc's out there that will support 5 or more LNB's? If not, is there some other way to connect all 5 to the one receiver? Your help would be greatly appreciated.
