Looking For Active Transponder on Telstar 4 Ku Band

Hello,

I have looked at lyngsat and they have MTA International listed at 12149 vertical with SR 3054. I have tried to find this transponder and some of the transponders on T4 listed as feeds but no luck. I live in the Toronto, Canada area. I can get a good signal on AMC 3 and Galaxy 11. Telstar 4 seems to be right between these two satellites. Any help would be appreciated?? Can anyone tell me of any other transponders that are active on Telstar 4 and what times they are active so that I can try another transponder???
