singnal quality

hi, I really need help with my system, is a 8 feed dish and Openbox s9,lnb c/ku frequency 10750,and a motor.
but when I do a blind scan I get signal quality of 76% and then gos down to 7% in 3 second,I scanned so far like 8 bird with the same problem, only 5 hd channel with strong signal. thank in advance.

Hi Boanerges
If you are scanning "C Band" Lo Frequency is "5150" and for "Ku Band" Lo Frequency is "10750". Are you using the internal 22khz switch in the lnb to switch between c and ku???? You should edit all the satellites you use and set the Lo Frequency.
