    Newbie with a Cricket question.

I am greatly interested in what C band FTA might offer in the way of receiving satellite broadcasts of european Sports.

I am a huge Cricket (the sport) fan but live in California USA, and never get to see it.

Is it possible to pull down sports broadcasts from europe with any satellite technology here?

If so please, please point me in the direction I can read more.

    Much thanks in advance.

Check out this link ---> http://www.lyngsat.com/freetv/index.html

It lists all the free TV channels worldwide that come off satellite. Click on the country you want then look at the satellites that carry the channel you are after. If one of the satellites covers North America you have a chance. To see the coverage of a particular satellite, go to the main page and click "America" under "Frequencies". Then click on the satellite name (eg: AMC4) and it will show you the footprint of that satellite.

    Thanks will do.

Now just need to figure out who might be carrying the signal. Heh, a daunting task it seems.
