    satellites

Hello, I had a strange thing happened today. While using my Tracker light meter otm 500 i was getting 100 signal and 90 quality on nimiq1, and when i changed to echostar 10, (only for alignment purposes o f course), the meter also read the same signal and quality without having moved the dish, I have a 6ft dish. My other question is this when moving through the arc I am picking up other sats with fairly god quality but nothing shows on the tv screen, is there a way to find out which sats they ar, any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

    Re: satellites

    Hi
So if you didn't move the dish it was on the same satellite just looking at a different transponder. If you couldn't see anything most likely it's scrambled channels. You should try to find 72.0 West there at some NBC channels there all the time. it's pretty close to 79.
    Try Freq:12053 symbol rate:6890 polarity:V
