If the LNBF is a "Stanard" type linear, then the frequency to set would be 10750.
I did not look up what model you have. I assumed the original poster knew...

For the QPH031 you have to set linear sats on 10750 and circular sats on 11250.

Hi, go to NOAA on the top right page on search type CALCULATOR it will take you to the information you need, you will even see the roof top of your house.Check out your noon hour use a plumb bob to find your true south, I hope this helps, good luck.....

On a motorized setup first make sure to go with straight cable no switches to the lnb, the make sure you have 0° SKEW, then you have to adjust azimuth, ELEVATION and DECLINATION.
Make sure you do very fine adjustments, don't do coarse movements because satellite dishes are about precision.
Patience is imperative.
