pictures so we can see it and help you figure it out. if you can mount the pole in the ground with cement works the best.
My problem is my pole isn't plumb. The satellite dish is fortec 90cm. The wall mount is bolted onto my roof and thats secure. I thought my problem with the pole was the 2 screws thats on the left/right side. I replaced those and now the dish can still move left to right. And the pole can be moved up a little bit as well. Before this I did have picture but I lost all quality because the pole isnt 100% plumb what can it be?

That would help but since I do live in a building it has to go onto the wall of the roof. If it's not raining tomorrow I will take pictures thanks
Here are the pictures.
The picture with the line next to the bolt, I changed that bolt and the dish still moves.
the hole may have rounded out a little try using a larger bolt and a locking star washer to keep it from coming loose.
Yeah... it looks like you attached it to the wall with rivots... hmm.. so if it is loose on the brick wall, that will mess up your signal... definitely. Cut it off, and start again if this is the case. I suggest you drill one...(1) hole in the mortar. attach the bracket with one Tapcon screw. They are blue in various lengths and you only need a 1 1/2" or 2" one here. Once it is anchoring the bracket to the wall, tighten it just enough so you can move the bracket to plumb and it stays in place. Mark where the other 2 or 3 holes need to be and drill a hole for their anchorage. Check plumb again and again while you tighten these other Tapcon screws.
If you have to screw in brick, it is too bad.. Brick will be weaker. The best place to anchor, is through the mortar.
Good luck.

It's great to see that you are using a brick 'foundation' so to speak, but your mounting bolts MUST be quite tight, secure and solid!
Quality lead anchors and bolts should be your answer.
Think of it this way, aiming a dish at a satellite is much like trying to point a flashlight at ONE star... except the satellite is smaller. A stable foundation is a must.
