Yes, check the settings for sound. There are so many buttons and gizmos on the receivers that there may be just one thing. Remember though, there are a few channels on the sats that require Dolby decoding. Do a search for dolby decoders on this forum and you will learn more. The PBS stations on sat 87 are all dolby decoded except for the one in Montana.
Now for the dual LNB you will have of only two degrees apart or something like that (maybe it is 4 on yours) that the two can aim at... So your sats that you can pull in need to be that far apart. 97 is good with about 100 FTA stations, and 101 has more FTA stations than 93, but your LNBs need to be set up for 4 degree separation.
It seems that 93 now only has the Macy's station which may only have clothing presentations during work days.
