Platinum Receiver Signal not pass 26%

I just purchased an FTA motorized system from Sadoun. I installed the system and played around for 2 days, I can find some satellites, but the signal just never been able to get pass 26%. There are nothing blocking the dish, I had DirecTv installed before at the same spot where I installed this system and never had any problem. I have been moving the dish around to get a better signal just for one satellite only, instead of using the motor, but signal just not pass 26%. I even get a different LNBF from another old FTA system from a neighbor and connect the 50ft RG6 cable directly to the LNBF, still no success. I also bought the receiver to my friend’s house and connect the receiver to his DirecTv satellite cable which he got a 78% signal for 110W and 65% for 101W, still my receiver just get a 26% ~ 30% signal, I even tried different transponder. I’m suspecting the receiver is the problem. I was thinking of flashing the firmware on the receiver, but this will void the warranty. What can you guys recommend me.

My Spec:
Receiver: Platinum NA Digital Satellite Receiver
Motor: Sadoun PowerTech DG280B
Dish: 36”
KUL1: Sadoun Std Linear Single Ku 0.4 LNBF

My location.

ohh, my location is

Latitude: 41.835° or 41.83N
Longitude: -87.638° or 87.6W

I set my motor to:
Motor Latitude Angle: 41.8°
Azimuth (true): 180.0°
Declination angle: 6.5°
Dish elevation: 29°

I was able to get the motor to work, but because I can't get signal above 26%, I manually move the elevation and use the motor east and west to adjust to one satellite to see if I can get a maximum signal off one satellite, but I tried this method with a few birds and still same results. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Let's make it clear!

Are you talking about the signal strenght or the signal quality?

Check for shorted connectors, bad crimps.

Are you using twist connectors (not recommended)

Are you using compression connectors? (recommended)

Are you using crimp connectors? (yes/no recommended)

Is the LNB frequency on the STB correct in reference to the LNB itself?

Make sure you select 10750 for LNBF Lo Freq.
