DiSEqC 1.0 This is a one way communication protocol from satellite receiver to accessories (switches, LNBFs, etc).

DiSEqC 2.0 This is a twoway communication protocol between satellite receiver and accessories (switches, lnbf, etc). In a DiSEqC 2.0 system the satellite receiver will automatically recognize any connected accessories if all items are DiSEqC 2.0 compatible.
