I purchased a viewstat extreme package, 33" Fortec dish invacom quad lnb, hh90 motor, and it came with a 4x1 dis., switch ( which I don't use)I have one lnb(c) into back of motor and the receiver in the back of the motor, my problem is that I'm locked on to one sat, and when I go to another sat to try and pick it up my one and only sat shows up at the top of every antenna setting, and we have checked to see if the motor moves and it does, we have checked our freguency's and they match accordindly to lyngsat. Why would this sat show up on every antenna setting. The lnb is set at legacy quad lnb1 (not sure if this makes a difference or not) I am a total newbie here to fta

if you are hooking only to the c side of the lnb then you will only receive circular sats you need to hook one from the L side to the disqec switch port 1 and hook the c side of the lnb to port 2 on disqec switch then run the out from disqec switch to the motor then run the motor out to the receive then set up the antenna page in your receiver for the linear side set it standard 10750 and the circular side to standard 11250 for circular sats not much FTA on circular sats mostly info channels.
