When setting up an HH Motor, always set the motor elevation angle to equal your latitude. Always use the Latitude scale on the side of the meter. Another scale is called elevation on the opposite side which you should ignore. Got it, did I confuse anybody?
Anyway, here are some pictures of the different motors and what you should use to set the latitude on the motor:
