18 inch dish

Hi, I would like to know if I can use an 18 inch dish with an hh motor

I guess you could but like Ice said you won't get many satellites. Best to use a 30" FTA dish.

I can not think of a motor that would fit 18" dish. you would not get the elevation needed.

I use an 18 inch oval dish, because I didn't know any better. I am trying to order a 31 now because I can only pick up 2 satellites. I ordered not knowing anything about FTA, and learned the hard way. But, I did get a coolsat 5000, and it is awesome; just not right now. lol
