Q: Is there are way to combine DVB and Directv sat signals into one coax cable and splitting them back on the other end? Are there special diplexers/splitters that can do this, or this is just impossible...

A: Here is a way you could do it:
Outside: feed both antennas into a 0/12V switch. The
DTV antenna should go into the "default" input of the switch (usually 0V input).
Inside: Plug the cable into the DVB receiver. Use the LOOP out to connect to the DTV receiver.
When the DVB receiver is OFF, the switch will default back to 0V position, thus passing the signal to the DTV receiver.
When the DVB receiver is ON, the switch will switch to the 12V position.
