HOw does the Motor know where is the Satellite?

If I want to move my Motorized dish from T5 to amc3, do I just choose amc3 on the receiver and the motor should move automatically: Or I have to do something else in order to aim my dish on amc3 or any other satellite. In other words, what do I have do to to move my dish from 1 satellite to another? how would I know the Elevation and Azimuth for the my satellites. And if I move it, how would I come back to me old satellite position?

Appreciation is really appreciated with any help.

Take a look at the installation help page here: http://sadoun.com/Sat/Installation/H...stallation.htm

After your intial setup, the motor will move automatically to the correct satellite when you select a channel on that satellite.

Might I first recommened using USALS to find your closest to true south sat. Tele-satellite magazine has a good article in this months edition, or you could go to this link.

Use the software they talk about if you do not have USALS functionality, it make antenna alignment a much less stresfull situation
