I have tried and tried to get a signal on my true south with a signal meter and I cant get a thing. maybe someone could help me out with my angles to make sure I got them right with my dish. My zip code is 28081. any help hints or anything. its driving me crazy. =P~

Set the motor's bracket to 35.5, and leave it there.

AMC5 is your "most south sat".

Get your PM900 to center/zero position. Mount on pole.
Line it up to 188 degrees on compass (180 plus 8)
Set your dish elevation bracket to 40.

Using USALS, have your receiver drive your motor to AMC5. It wont move much.
Use transponder 11742 V (utah education network).

Adust the motor on the pole, and dish elevation VERY SLIGHTLY to find a signal. (millimeters at a time). It's best to have a TV out near the dish so you can adjust and watch the quality level at the same time.
Peak for highest signal. Tighen motor to pole U bolts, and dish elevation bolts.

Select a sat to the west, like G10R and see if you get some signal.
You might need to peak a bit for best signal. Go back to AMC5 & see if it still locks in.

good luck, report back you results.

Sorry, I have no idea about channel lists. I use fortec lifetime Ultra, so I blind scan in and it finds channels for me. I've never had to fiddle with any channel lists, as the number of stations are so few its manageable as they are presented.

I would say, yes the FSKU=V is the first Universal LNB in the receiver's list of LNBs.
