The DishPro Twin LNB has 2 ouputs, it supplies a multiswitched signal from 110 and 119 to 2 IRDs it can also supply signal to DishPro Switches
DishPro LNBs and Switches
Dishnetwork has begun to roll out a new line of switches and LNBs, called DishPro. DishPro LNBs use a different switching technique as well as a sceme known as "stacking" to carry both sets of transponders on one cable, frequency shifting the Even transponders to 1650 MHZ - 2150 MHZ and mixing them into the same cable as the odd transponders. Currently the 301, 501, 508, 721 and all future recievers have DishPro support, with current firmware. Advantages to DishPro LNBs are they can work on much longer cable runs, up to 200 feet, simplified
installation as a 3 satelite set-up requires only 3 cables to be run to the switch. As well as prodiving true two-way communications between LNB,Switches and the IRD, so having signal strength is not required to run a check switch.
Please note: When using DishPro Hardware, then converting back to legacy, run a check switch with no connection to the satelite BEFORE you connect the legacy hardware, not doing so can damage your LNBS and switches!
Also, Dishpro hardware CANNOT be mixed with legacy hardware. If you have a Dishpro Twin or Quad you CANNOT use a SW-21 and regular Dual LNB for a 3-sat connection. You must use ALL Dishpro hardware
