Where is the problem?

I'm trying to add additional receiver and I can't set it up. I'm using dual LNB Dish 500 with internal switch. When I turn the receiver on it stays at "Acquiring Satellite signal". I checked the signal and I have found that the receiver picks signal only from 119 and nothing from 110. The dish has been set up from DN dealer’s installer and I got good signal from 110 and 119 on my 811 receiver. I did the switch test and I have a message that I got no switch.
This is 2700 receiver and I am not sure what type of antenna to enter into setup menu. It's made before those new 500 antennas. I checked that receiver with my old 500 dual LNB antenna (no switch) and it's alright (receiving 110 and 119), but I got no SW switch to combine the signal.

Is the 2700 receiver made for DN?
If not you won't be able to use it...

Based on what your saying or what I gather, that you have a twin dish 500 which is a dishpro dual Lnb setup. If this is correct, you will not be able to use the 2700 model receiver, since this is a legacy system. In order to use this receiver, you will need a DP adapter.

Also, you will need to insure that the 2700 has the up to date software, which I beleive is at 797?

Yes, I have the latest update 797. As I said I have tried dish 500 with twin LNB which is working with my 301 and I have tried the other dish with two separate LNB (not dishpro) and SW21 switch and no success. After checking the switch I got a message:
