Help Aiming At AMC2 (105W) and Echostar 9 (121W)

I live in Boca Raton, Florida which is at 26.40 and 80.18. Everyone tells me in order to get extra Dishnetwork channels, I should aim at either Sat 61.5 or Sat 148. When I look at LyngSat, it seems that AMC2 (Sat 105W) and Echostar 9 (Sat 121W) have MANY MORE local channels and they are all CONUS.

Will I have any trouble pointing my staionary Dish 500 at either AMC2 and/or Ecostar 9 from my location in Florida? If there wouldn't be a problem, can someone please advise me at the angles and direction to aim my dish to "hit" these 2 satellites?

Thanks in advance

Echo sats

AMC 2 and Echo 9 are KU satellites. You'll need a 30 inch dish with a ku lnb to receive these satellites.

your dish 500 will also have to be legacy to work with any ku band.
You might want to just point at 61.5 or 148. or a superdish will do want u want it too.(note super dish is dishpro an adapter is needed if u want to use legacy machines)
