dish receiver k with d/tv triple lnb with 4 connectors

i am subcribed to dishnet. i have moved into an apt and neighbor has an installed triple lnb d/tv dish with the multi switch built in with 4 receiver outputs. he has one unused output. my question is will my dish receiver work with this output to receive sats 110 and 119 with a single connector?

No because your DN receiver will not control the multiswitch in his DTV dish.
