Hello I am in the middle east on a military base is there anyway I can get Satellite TV with American channels? Does anyone know?

Here is a link to all free TV channels originating in the U.S.

First you must scroll through the list and find channels that are transmitted from a satellite that covers the Middle East (Arabsat for example). Then see what type of system is used (DVB, etc.). That will determine what type of receiver and dish you will need. There is no way to pick up conventional DishNetwork or DirecTV signals in that part of the world.
