Hello, I am using SW21 to combine 119 and 61.5. 119 Picks up the signal fine, but 61.5 shows 0 signal strength.
When i do Check swith 119 shows up as 1a and 1b but i get X's in 2a and 2b. on the Status a warning message shows up saying that one of the dishes is not connected.
Any ideas on why this would be happening? Is there something wrong with my dish? or Switch?
First reverse the cables to the SW21; run the cable from the 61.5 dish to the "Dish 1" input on the SW21. If you now get 1a and 1b for 61.5 and X, X for 2a and 2b then that tells you the 61.5 LNB and cable are OK --> problem is bad switch. If you get X, X for 1a and 1b and 2a and 2b for 119 --> problem is a bad LNB or cable on the 61.5 dish.
