GeoSat Pro 120 - won't move East of Reference

I have a CW Premium box and a GeoSatPro 120 motor with a 39" dish and Invacom Quad LNB

This setup has worked fine for over a year, but now, the motor won't move East of Reference positon.

I've tried messing with the Limit Settings, reseting the motor manually while it is in the Reference, True South position, Factory Reset on the STB, etc...

The light on the Motor is Green, no Orange or alternating between Green/Orange. I've also tried to move it East of True South with the button on the motor, and it stops at True South every time.

Bypassed my Cheita HD switch and ran a short cable straight from the motor to the STB, and no luck.

Tried a different brand STB, and it still won't move the motor East of Reference/True South.

Motor is out of warranty, so at this point, it probably wouldn't hurt to take it apart and see if the gears are stripped or broken. I don't know if this motor uses plastic or steel gears.

I'll also remove the dish and see if the motor can move East of True South without a dish attached to it.

Looks like I'll be buying a Saudon PowerTech Motor once I get my Tax Rebate check.

In the meantime, any other suggestions?

Thanks.
