TV Capture Cards?

I know they make tv capture cards for people who wish to watch cable on their computers if they have a cable account with one of the many cable providers.
My question is, do they make one for satellite? I am looking to get one that can pick up FTA and Dish Network. I am fixing to get a contract with one of our locals and wanted to know if I could get on of the pci cards for my computer.
Thanks

Do you want a PCI card with built in receiver or is the receiver external?

I am going to get a receiver with the service, so one with a receiver isn't really a big deal. The only other thing though, does the card come with software so as I can view the channel listings on the computer.
Thanks

Hmm for that I don't know, I have no experience. If you are looking to just capture the video, then just get a TV capture card and hook it up to the receiver. And then use the recevier to change channels.
