How to find dish elevation

I'm installing a digipower 2100 motor on my 33inch wineguard dish my latitude is 40.8 and my longitude is 74 what would be my elevation angle of the motor and 2-what would be my setting declination angle on the dish my zip is 11757 in new york. thanks for any help

set your motor on the lat scale to you lat 40.8
set your dish elevation to 30 minus your declination of 6.38 or 23.62.

Rainman i hooked up my dish this weekend so far so good-- i started at 82 sat got 95 quality at 91 sat got 90 quality but got to 110 sat quality was around 71 and the 119 sat quality was 69 how do i get all the satellites to higher quality do i change the elevation or the declination angle on the dish thanks again for any help

ps-- it's sunday afternoon and the rain chased me off the roof -- bad timing but i'll be back up there when the rain stops

even at quality of 69 on Sat 119, how many channels are you getting on that one?
