Carpenter1 is on a distinguished road

Red LED

Had this motor for a year and all the sudden it wont move and the LED is RED, I have tried to reset it and have tried different cable to make sure it's not grounding out somewhere.
What does a RED light mean?

PS. it's a SG2100
