Motor arm has play

My motor arm is developing some play up and down. It moves when I attempt to push the dish up and down in attempt to tweak the signal. It is doing this with everything tightened down.

It seems like this would affect my elevation. I am having some issues getting NASA on 119. Sometimes I have to move to another sat, and then back. Sometimes I have to use goto REF and then back to 119 for it to come in.

I don't know if these things are related to each other, but, I don't remember any play when I first installed the motor and dish.

seems like all of the small motors develops play after a while my stab 100 has and like you say sometimes have to reference the motor to get the signal to lock in.

I have the same problem with the Digipower too. It seems to be more accurate going west to east than east to west. When all else fails, I have to send it to REF. Instead of readjusting the dish, I've changed the latitude and longitude a bit to compensate.
