Do you get channel 580 or 9902?

If you get those, then you're aimed at 61.5 and the rest should come in. If not, is the dish aimed properly?

I goofed up what you were asking.

Those channels you can't get you need a MPEG4 box (411, 211, 622). The 6000 will only get some of the HD chanels (the old HD package)...anything new Dish adds you need a VIP receiver (622, 411, 211).

I'm in the same boat with my 811

yep. And the sad part is most of the channels aren't reslly MPEG4. They're MPEG 2 channels with MPEG4 encryption. They're doing it to get you to upgrade.
