I am an RVer who wants to install The Dish Network on my vehicle and I would like to know if I can obtain a motor that is compatible with Dish Network
HD receivers. The reason I want the motor is to reposition the dish to the Echostar satellites when I park my RV at a new location.
The
Satcontrol SM3D12 HH Motor is compatible with, according to the ad on
Sadoun's website, the DiSEqC 1.2, 1.3 and USAL protocols. Are Dish Network
satellite receivers compliant with any of these protocols? If not, are there any motors that Sadoun sells that would work, and then, how much would it cost?
