pas8 and hotbird

i will like to get pas8 and hotbirt i think i can reach from my location texas dallas but its not in receiver to get this dish
how can i custom add this sat or any software update to add some more sat address

The hot bird(eutelsat) cannot be received in the USA is a satellite that covers most Europe , North Africa and the Middle East. see the coverage map at : http://www.eutelsat.com/satellites/13ehb1_popd.html
the Pas 8 cover a little part of the west of the USA but neddes a very big dish more than 8".
