Can anybody get pictures from EchoStar3(61.5 Deg.)?

FortecStar Ultra picks up 110 and 119 . It works great.

But it can't get any picture on EchoStar3(61.5 deg.)
Is anybody know how to do?

i get it just fine, but they are all encrypted
