[b]Need help with FreeVu DCD2100 FTA system[/b]

I've just bought a brand new FreeVu DCD2100 FTA system, but it does not seem to pick up any signal especially the Telstar5. I'm in NYC and it seems I am on the right angle 97W. Its quality signal just stays at 10% and there's no other surrounding signals whatsoever. I've tried to follow all of the necessary transponder and frequencies, but no luck. Is there anyone out there who can help me making this to work? Your help will be greatly appreciated.

LNB settings is probably the problem, also you need a KU LNB not a DIRECTV dish LNB....good luck
