Please help C-Band Question

I have following,

Fortecstar 6' dish, Viewsonic 8000, Norsat 3520 LNB, Try to get AMC 11 C-band Sat.

I have 91% Quality on 75% signal strength, but only in Vertical Polarity, when i change it to Horizontal, I get 0% quality. Even if i manually turn the probe of LNB to horizontal no quality signal can obtained.

Please help me get signal on Horizontal transponders.

What channels are you trying to watch?
Everything on AMC11 is encrypted with the exception of 3 channels according to LYNGSAT.
Is it worth the effort?

To answer your question with another question, what type of feedhorn are you using? the Norsat looks like a standard lnb and not lnbf. The viewsonic does not appear control polarity for a corotor style feedhorn (which is what I'd assume you have that lnb on), which if that is the case, you're only going to get one polarity without turning the feed 90 degrees (either with a box designed to do this through the servo, or manually).
