I have a 2100, and it works fine for me. It does have plastic gears though. Some motors have metal gears. I'm not sure about the
SM3D22.
That internal
DiseqC switch mentioned above seems to be a problem/annoyance to some, although there are times when it could be handy. I would prefer to use a separate switch myself. One less thing to go wrong with the motor. Hate to have to replace a motor just because the switch went bad. I'd rather replace a $5 external switch than an expensive motor.
