Best LNB , DISH, MOTOR , for Atlantic and Pacific

Would the SINGLE DIGITAL Universal KU 0.4 dB LNBF FORTEC STAR FSKU-v
with the 80CM Ku Offset Free To Air Satellite Dish Antenna FORTEC STAR
FC80CM and Sadoun Digipower SG2100 Motor work better for the Atlantic and Pacific Satelights along with my ViewSat Platinum?

Rudy,
Do you know about Lyngsat ?
North & South America - LyngSat
Touring that site, which is quite extensive , will give you a wealth of information about the satellites, the beams that are available, in many cases the strength of the signal in your area, as well as programming . You may find that the Atlantic birds don't interest you, when you see what is available, or conversely you may find just ONE LITTLE THING you'd like that would push you into a 1.2M dish .

Ok being in CA you probably will not get any of the Atlantic sats. You are probably around the 123 line you should be able to get out to about 190 on the West and roughly 65 in the East. You may be able to get as low in the sky as 55 but that will take some work. I have heard that some is Vegas have got Hispasat @ 30. Another note as far as Atlantic sats go Most programming out there is C Band. Translation: Big dish
