Connecting HD FTA receiver to 4DTV

Can someone tell me how to connect a FTA HD receiver to my 4DTV receiver
and will my ten-foot dish bring in as good a signal as a soloid 36-inch dish.

Uncheck the little box that says "Automatically retrieve titles from external links", and it won't do that.
