New C/KU BSC 621-2 lnb

I just purchased this c/ku band bsc 621-2 lnb from Sadoun to put on my 7.5 ft. c band dish to receive fta c and ku band digital signals. The lnb has an arrow on one end of it. I am having trouble getting any signals. Does the lnb have to be positioned using this arrow as a guide for skew? Right now I can't get anything but AMC 6 and can't lock on any other sats. I used this c band about 10 years ago and it should still be aligned correctly. I am using a fortec ultra receiver and it worked ok with a 85 cm dish for ku band sats. Any tips would be appreciated. the flat spot on the lnbf should be at 4 o'clock when your dish is pointed south.

thanks for responding to my question about the position of the bsc 621-2. Do I understand you that I need to turn my lnbf so that the c band (flat side ) of the lnbf is positioned at 4 oclock when I am on my true south satellite?
