hello, when i try to load a file ofr my pansat, the loader says to type in the model number, I do but it still asks for the same thing, what gives

Obviously a software bug in the Pansat software you are trying to install. I would contact Pansat tech support and have them try to walk you through install. You are using genuine Pansat software?
