programming for DVB

Want to buy programming for DVB systems that is encrypted with
POWERVUE or POWERVUE+ I have a BEC DB_6600+CI receiver that I bought from SADOUN a while back...can any one help...?

Powervue is completely different receiver (commecial). Never heard about cards for powervue, only saw some receivers sold on eBay. BEC won't work
