Hello, I am a newbie to this hobby, and am wondering where can I get the lnb local frequencies for the different satellites. I am at the moment getting 4 different sats, Nimiq1, Nimiq2, Echostar7, and Echostar8.10. I am getting great signal strength on all the other sats, but no quality so I am guessing that the Lnb local frequencies have to be different, because I did that with Nimiq 1+2 and they both came in right away, any help would be greatly appreciate.

Assuming that by "lnb local", you are referring to the local oscillator freq LOF, then there is no such thing as the LO freq for different satellites. The LOF setting is specific to the LNBF you are using, not the satellite, and you should be able to read that off a tag or something printed on the LNBF.
