I'm not sure what the actual max rotation is, but the rotation angle of the motor isn't quite the same as the difference in longitude you get with that rotation angle. For example, for you to see 10 deg east of your longitude (ie to say 68 deg), your motor has to turn 11.2 degrees. However, people have posted here that the practical limit for this motor is lower than that. There are calculators that will tell you the USALS angle to a sat given your location and the sat's location.

Like Rainman said, no, you can't view that sat. But for 2 reasons. Yes, to have line of sight, you'd have to drill your hole, but the second reason is that besides seeing the sat, the sat has to be aiming it's signal in your direction, and this isn't the case. If you go to Lyngsat, it has a "beam" column that will give you the footprint for most sat's transponders. If you aren't within the area outlined by the map, you won't have much chance.
