This lnbf is the perfect solution for those Free-To-Air Satellite Installations where the customer requires multiple receivers, but only one cable line! The Bandstacked lnbf lets you have up to 8 receivers connected to one line using a Splitter. It is the recommended solution for this situation. Make your installation a breeze with the band stacked lnbf!

Re: Sadoun KBSL1 Bandstacked Single LNBF

    Greetings:
For connecting one receiver, does the bandstacked mean you only have to scan one polarity and it scans both H&V?

I have a KU offset dish that I would like to eliminate having to scan both H & V when searching for wildfeeds.

You would always need to scan both vertical and horizontal. The receiver changes the voltage on the Coaxial Cable to instruct the lnb to switch polarities. There is about a 22dbm signal difference between the polarities. Satellite transponders overlap the the frequency a little they are able to do this by alternating polarities of the signal. There is no way to avoid not scanning both. You would miss channel during the blind scan if it was possible and you sure don't want that if you are a wild feed hunter. You should get a c band system there are alot of wild feeds down here. I hope that explains how it works.

    Thanks Don.

I just received my kbsl1. I guess I would still use the 10750 LO for this LNB?
