    Estrella Do Sul, 63W

    I programmed this one into my Fortec Dynamic, did a PowerScan. Came up with a number of channels from SCETV , several of them, some with, some without audio, but check this one out if you are into Educational TV. Looks like it is from South Carolina, these are feeds.

    They have been there for awhile. I believe these feeds are mustly East coast feeds.
