The receiver I have is the Coolsat 6100, The LNB I have is a Sadoun KLB 1 monoblock duo LNBF single output. It is supposed to receive signal from 2 satellites. I was told the receiver is what turns on the built-in DiSEqC switch in the LNB. I need to know how to do that with the Coolsat receiver. In the dish menu there is a DiSEqC switch option that looks like:

DiSEqC sw OK off/ off / off

Do I enter something here or do I do something else. This having a brand new system and can't use it is really making me feel like I've wasted my money.

under diseqc 1.0 you enter port 1 or 2 depending on the LNB you are using

remember this is a universal lnb
