TNT and ESPN frequency on Dish Network?

Hello all,

As I subscribe to Dish Network in the livingroom and I'm using my Coolsat box in the bedroom, I get most of the channels I subscribe to when I do a blind scan....but I don't get TNT nor ESPN.

I'm thinking I don't have the transponders set correctly. Can someone tell me what Dish Network freq and polarity (H or V) is used for these channels? When I go to Lyngsat it doesn't specify the specific channel names when showing Dish Network frequencies.
