My latitude at my dish site is N39.660 and W82.564. So going by the modified polar mount tracking angle chart I should set my elevation at 39.64 and my declination offset is 5.51. Sooooo....39.64+5.51=45.15. Is 45.15 what I should be reading when I set my declination,or am I figuring this the wrong way? Or is it 39.64-5.51=34.13 my reading after declination.
