Have a new 10'5 BUD I will be putting up here shortly. What I'm am wondering is,the Bud calls for a 24" actuator or 36".How many degrees in the sat belt am I going to see with the 24" and how many using a 36"?

All kinda depends on your mount. I run a 24" on an 8 1/2' dish and have full view before my mount bottoms out. I am limited in my east view by trees but if they were not there I would be able to see from at least 30 in the east out past 135 in the west. That covers almost every sat out there that is viewable in the US.
